Trade Account Eligibility & Verification Policy

As a specialist trade distributor of engineered and solid wood flooring, trade accounts and commercial pricing are strictly reserved for verified industry professionals. Application approval is contingent upon meeting the following criteria:

Incorporated Entities (Ltd, LLP and Registered Corporations):
Registered businesses must maintain an active registration with Companies House (or the relevant national company registry) and must be registered under a relevant Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code, specifically 43330 (Floor and wall covering) or an equivalent recognised industry classification.

Unincorporated Businesses (Sole Traders and Partnerships):
Applicants must provide satisfactory documentary evidence demonstrating that their active and primary business activity is restricted to the floor covering and flooring installation industry. Acceptable evidence may include, but is not limited to, official company stationery, an active trade website, digital business cards, valid trade liability insurance or other appropriate business documentation.

E-Commerce-Only Flooring Businesses:
Where an applicant operates exclusively through e-commerce or online sales channels, the business must have a minimum trading history of two (2) years. This requirement applies to incorporated entities only. The two-year trading history must be demonstrable through the relevant official company registration and/or other satisfactory evidence requested by the Company.

Company Discretion and Verification:
The Company reserves absolute, sole and final discretion in relation to the assessment of all trade account applications, the verification of trade credentials and the approval, suspension or rejection of any trade account application. The Company may request additional information or documentary evidence at any stage where it considers this necessary to verify an applicant’s eligibility.

Approval of a trade account does not create any entitlement to an account, credit facility or ongoing trade pricing. The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend or withdraw trade account facilities where the eligibility criteria are no longer met or where information provided by the applicant is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

The Company’s decision regarding the opening, continuation, suspension or withdrawal of a trade account shall be final.
